Designed and developed in 1985 by the Jon Crooke Design Studio, this Modular Plan Kit Home was designed to simplify the design and build process, which in turn reduced the cost of the building project.

Jon Crooke marketed the houses under the franchise name New Wave Designer Homes and a display home was built at Mount Martha, Victoria, Australia.
